Platform Security Engineer

About the role

As a Platform Security Engineer at Nintex, you will develop expertise in securing cloud‑native infrastructure, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and product services. You will own moderately complex security tasks while receiving guidance on architectural decisions and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls across the platform, including container orchestration and service mesh layers.
• Build standardized security processes such as vulnerability management, production security checks, and secure build pipelines.
• Support penetration testing and SOC operations for the product environment.
• Contribute to compliance‑related activities from a product security perspective.
• Embed security practices into the developer experience through tooling and documentation.

Required profile

• Developing security professional with a focus on cloud‑native and containerized environments.
• Ability to take ownership of moderately complex security tasks and work with increasing autonomy.
• Interest in building depth in infrastructure security, application security, and shift‑left practices.
