About the role

HelloLesson is looking for a motivated Phone High‑Ticket Sales Closer to join its remote team. You will drive revenue by converting warm leads into enrolled students for premium online education programs.

Key responsibilities

• Close new customers (warm leads) into educational programs.
• Enroll students and generate over $10,000 USD in weekly sales.
• Record all relevant customer information and conversation details in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in high‑ticket phone sales.
• At least 1 year of proven closing experience (not appointment setting or business development).
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to develop further in telesales or inside sales.
• No college degree required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for tracking customer interactions.
