About the role

An opportunity exists for a Phlebotomy Technician to join the team at our Zambezi branch in Pretoria. We are seeking an individual who displays a proven track record of competence in Phlebotomy and who has a high level of ethics and integrity while consistently aligning with the PathCare values.

Required profile

• Phlebotomy Technician qualification and registered with HPCSA
• Phlebotomy experience is essential
• Pathology experience is highly advantageous
• Client‑focused with excellent attention to detail
• Adaptability and ability to cooperate within a team environment
• Displays initiative and problem‑solving ability
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion/empathy and stress resistance
• Result‑orientated with a positive attitude & flexible work‑style
• Fluent in English with an understanding of Afrikaans
• Available for short‑notice shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Acceptable track record/performance record for technical and behavioural competencies

Required skills

• Intermediate computer literacy, Skylims knowledge advantageous
• Phlebotomy
