Pharmacy Manager (Retail Pharmacy)

About the role

The Pharmacy Manager will lead the dispensary and clinic at Clicks Lynridge Mall, ensuring high‑quality pharmaceutical care, compliance with SAPC regulations, and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate dispensing and generic substitution in line with SAPC regulations.
• Manage dispensary operations including stock control, shrinkage, housekeeping and administrative tasks.
• Oversee financial performance, expense management and achievement of sales and compliance targets.
• Lead, coach and schedule pharmacy staff, learners and interns to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Drive customer service initiatives to enhance experience, loyalty and club card participation.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC and at least 2 years experience post‑community service.
• Minimum 1 year people‑management experience, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of SAPC regulations, stock and financial management, and patient counselling.
