Pharmacy & Healthcare Sales Representative

About the role

The position is a field‑based commercial role responsible for driving retail sales performance and expanding Biogevity’s presence across pharmacies, health stores and healthcare professionals in Cape Town. You will work closely with regional teams in Johannesburg and Durban to support national growth of multiple wellness brands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve agreed targets within the assigned Cape Town territory.
• Visit pharmacies and health stores to build relationships with store managers, pharmacists and retail staff.
• Conduct product training and education sessions for retail and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure strong merchandising, shelf visibility and monitor stock levels, supporting re‑orders.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop new accounts with healthcare professionals and expand the customer base.
• Support the execution of product launches, campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and provide feedback to the national sales team.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to grow strategic accounts and contribute to national commercial growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmacy, healthcare, wellness or FMCG sales.
• Commercially driven with a track record of achieving sales and growth objectives.
• Ability to manage a territory, build strong relationships and work independently in the field.
