Pharmacy Clerk – Hospital Pharmacy Operations

About the role

The Pharmacy Clerk supports the efficient operation of the pharmacy at Netcare Rosebank Hospital. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensure data integrity, and assist with stock‑management activities across multiple hospital divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational efficiency and accurate data records in the pharmacy.
• Process DBO (Drug Billing Order) and GRV (Goods Received Voucher) entries.
• Manage communications with external suppliers and initiate Sigma logs.
• Support billing teams by ensuring accurate billing records.
• Assist with stock‑management duties, including inventory checks and replenishment.
• Collaborate with theatre, billing, and finance departments as required.
• Provide flexible support to pharmacy, wards, and theatre based on business demand.
