Pharmacy Assistant – Mimosa Mall

About the role

Clicks is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at Mimosa Mall. You will deliver pharmaceutical care within the scope of practice and manage daily dispensary operations in line with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑standard customer service and general health advice.
• Control stock, repack medicines and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Administer the dispensary efficiently, including compounding and dispensing.
• Maintain clean, well‑presented merchandise areas and adhere to housekeeping standards.
• Support ad‑hoc operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Matriculation with Mathematics (essential).
• Meet the Health Professions Council of South Africa requirements for a Pharmacist Assistant (qualified, post‑basic or learner basic).
• Strong product knowledge of health‑aisle and OTC items.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical practice and attention to detail.

Required skills

• SAPC system proficiency.
• Microsoft Office (MS Office) competency.
