About the role
Join a global leader in contract logistics and take on a critical role ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical integrity. As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will act as a key guardian of pharmaceutical quality, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks and safeguarding the healthcare supply chain.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to the Pharmacy Act 53/1974, the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act 101/1965, and all associated regulations.
- Act as the pharmaceutical quality representative to guarantee product integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Support the Responsible Pharmacist in daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including reception, sampling, storage, and reconditioning.
- Oversee stock disposition, including damaged goods, returns, recalls, and pharmacovigilance.
- Lead and participate in internal and external audits, managing non-conformities and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Maintain rigorous documentation control, including the Site Master File, Quality Manual, and operational policies.
- Manage quarantine processes, sampling, and batch releases while supporting SLA reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational management on waste management and process development.
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in pharmaceutical sciences or pharmacy assistance.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical pharmacy experts and operational logistics teams.
- Proactive mindset geared towards continuous improvement and process optimization.
