Personal & Operations Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, tech‑savvy Personal & Operations Assistant to support a family‑owned real‑estate business in Cape Town. Working from a home‑office setting while also attending the office Monday‑Friday, you will become an integral part of a small, close‑knit team and help drive the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real‑estate administration, including documentation, records and general office processes.
• Coordinate property transactions, ensuring smooth communication between buyers, sellers, agents and service providers.
• Develop and maintain the company’s social‑media presence, create and schedule content, and monitor engagement.
• Provide executive assistance to the business owner, handling day‑to‑day tasks and occasional personal errands.
• Research, test and implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing business social‑media accounts with a focus on content creation and audience growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Self‑starter attitude, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport and ability to work onsite.
• Interest in digital marketing, branding and emerging AI technologies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Comfortable using a range of digital platforms and social‑media management tools.
