About the role

Join adidas as a Permanent Part‑Time Retail Associate in Meadowdale, supporting daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work on the sales floor, assist with stock flow, and help maintain a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of adidas service to every customer.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with product ticketing, paperwork verification, and stockroom to sales‑floor flow.
• Help develop and maintain merchandise displays according to management guidelines.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Apply selling techniques such as add‑on sales and technical product explanations.
• Greet customers, act as a front‑door greeter during busy periods, and guide them to suitable products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping standards.
• Support loss‑prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
• Participate in in‑store and digital training (Atticus/AREA) and become familiar with Power BI tools for store performance insights.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and customer service.
• Clear, upbeat communication and the ability to take initiative.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Matriculation certificate; 0‑1 years of retail experience (fashion experience a plus but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI for performance analysis.
