About the role

Join adidas as a Permanent Part‑Time Retail Associate in Meadowdale, supporting daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with store management to maintain store standards, assist customers, and help drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of adidas service to every customer.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with product ticketing, verify paperwork against received items, and support stockroom‑to‑floor flow.
• Help develop and maintain merchandise displays following management guidelines.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping standards.
• Monitor loss‑prevention procedures, report suspicious activity, and follow security protocols.
• Participate in in‑store or digital training (Atticus/AREA) to build product knowledge.
• Utilize Power BI tools to understand store performance and product trends.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and customer service.
• Clear, upbeat communication and initiative.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Matric certificate with 0‑1 years of retail experience (fashion experience a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
