Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise paid‑media campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn platforms. The role focuses on data‑driven acquisition, revenue growth and measurable ROI for both e‑commerce and lead‑generation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta/LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing and targeting approaches.
• Manage budgets, pacing and optimisation to achieve target ROAS, CPA and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research and build paid‑search strategies.
• Analyse performance using GA4 and platform data, produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Meta Pixel and related tools.
• Identify scaling opportunities while preserving acquisition efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/paid media or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets independently and make optimisation decisions.
• Experience with both e‑commerce and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and acquisition cost metrics.
