Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own and optimise performance‑driven campaigns for a fast‑growing healthcare partnership group. The role blends strong data‑focused marketing expertise with a keen eye for brand consistency, and requires a hands‑on attitude to deliver commercial results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive performance marketing across the business portfolio.
• Partner closely with the COO as a commercially minded marketing advisor.
• Manage, challenge and extract the best performance from external agencies and suppliers.
• Review and optimise Google Ads, social media, website and other digital activities with a clear commercial focus.
• Ensure marketing spend delivers measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain consistent brand application across websites, Instagram, advertising, branch collateral and customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Create and refine social media content, captions, basic designs and campaign material using Canva.
• Write clear, customer‑friendly copy and review external website and landing‑page designs for brand and conversion alignment.
• Travel to Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban branches to capture photos, video and content as needed.
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses into the brand and marketing system.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with a practical, hands‑on mindset.
• Ability to advise senior leadership, manage agencies and interpret marketing data.
• Comfortable jumping into design tools, copywriting and content creation.
• Willingness to travel regularly to South African branch locations.
