Patrol Personnel – Security Officer

About the role

Abalobi Solutions is looking for reliable and vigilant Patrol Personnel to provide professional security support in Rustenburg, North West. You will maintain a visible security presence, conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols, and respond promptly to any incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled patrols of designated areas and premises.
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence at all times.
• Monitor for suspicious activities, safety risks, or security breaches.
• Identify, prevent, and report potential security incidents.
• Control access points and report unauthorized access.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, occurrence books, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and stakeholders.
• Follow all security procedures, site rules, and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 10/12 qualification (advantageous).
• Valid PSIRA registration (mandatory).
• Relevant security training or certification (advantageous).
• Valid First Aid certificate (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous for vehicle patrols).
• Physically fit and able to stay active for extended periods.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and reliability.
