Part‑Time SafetyCloud Samtrac Trainer

About the role

The SafetyCloud Part‑Time Samtrac Trainer will deliver Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training in line with industry standards and South African legislation. Based in Welkom, you will support learners of diverse backgrounds and ensure training quality meets regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver training sessions, creating appropriate materials and ensuring all equipment is functional.
• Facilitate learning while considering language, cultural and socio‑economic barriers.
• Conduct assessments and moderation in accordance with SAQA, SETA, NOSA and QCTO standards.
• Provide confidential, structured feedback and compile Portfolios of Evidence (PoE) following assessment guidelines.
• Promote NOSA offerings, engage with clients, respond to queries and identify business opportunities.
• Maintain valid Assessor and Moderator registrations with relevant SETAs and submit proof to the Training Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with the NOSA Quality Management System and participate in ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SHE training and assessments.
• Familiarity with SAQA, SETA, NOSA and QCTO regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to adapt training to diverse learner needs and overcome language or cultural barriers.
• Current Assessor and Moderator registrations with the appropriate SETA.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in SHE and training best practices.
