About the role
Join Lovisa’s fast‑fashion retail team as a part‑time Team Member. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the latest jewellery trends while delivering a safe and stylish piercing experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and drive sales through fashion advice.
- Perform in‑store piercing services following health and safety standards.
- Replenish stock on the floor and maintain visual merchandising.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle returns.
- Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Required profile
- Strong desire to help and guide customers.
- Motivation to achieve sales results.
- Good eye for current fashion trends.
- Proven performance in a face‑to‑face customer environment.
