Part‑Time Financial Adviser – Multiple Locations

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking motivated individuals to join as part‑time Financial Advisers across several South African locations. This role allows you to retain your current employment while supplementing your income by providing professional financial advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial advice to existing and new clients across multiple locations.
• Identify sales opportunities and manage client relationships using consultative selling techniques.
• Analyse client information and synthesize recommendations that align with their financial goals.
• Maintain compliance with DOFA/Fit & Proper regulations and complete required background checks.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
• Current employment in another role, seeking to supplement income.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organise and work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and tenacity.

• Computer literacy and digital dexterity.
• Proficiency with sales software and data management tools.
