About the role
Intercon Recruitment is looking for an experienced Parts Sales Executive for a permanent, full-time position in Polokwane, Limpopo. The role centres on assisting customers with parts enquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts enquiries and identify suitable parts.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Follow up on quotations, orders and outstanding enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Liaise with the parts team regarding availability and order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of parts sales experience.
- Experience in passenger vehicle parts or truck and bus parts.
- Good parts knowledge and customer service skills.
- Must already live in Polokwane or the surrounding Limpopo area.
