Parts Manager – 2 Openings in Pretoria

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Parts Managers to join our automotive team in Hatfield, Pretoria. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to lead parts sales, drive profitability and support a growing customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Sell automotive parts to maximise gross profit and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high retention rates.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Manage the counter and telesales parts consultants, providing coaching and performance monitoring.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels and profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a Parts Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Valid driver’s licence for company vehicle use.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from R25 000 to R30 000 per month plus a 10% commission on net profit.
