Part-Time Sales Consultant

About the role

iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is seeking enthusiastic, tech‑savvy individuals to join its retail team as Part‑Time Sales Consultants. In this role you will help customers experience the latest Apple products and services while driving store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Apple solutions.
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations of Apple devices and services.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new releases.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth store operation.

Required profile

• Completed Matric/National Senior Certificate.
• Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or strong product knowledge.
• Passion for and knowledge of Apple products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo background, credit, ID and reference checks.
