About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Financial Adviser to serve clients in Mthatha and surrounding areas. This role allows you to retain your current employment while supplementing your income by providing professional financial advice to your existing network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial advice to individuals and small businesses.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within your network.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage sales data using company software.
• Analyse client information to propose appropriate financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organising and analytical abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and tenacity.

• Proficiency in using sales and customer‑relationship software.
