Part Time Financial Adviser – Kokstad & Surrounding Areas

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking motivated individuals to join its network of financial advisers on a part‑time basis. The role is ideal for candidates who already hold a position but wish to supplement their income by providing financial advice to clients in Kokstad and nearby towns.

Key responsibilities

• Offer tailored financial advice to existing and prospective clients.
• Leverage personal networks and in‑segment market access to generate new business.
• Maintain compliance with DOFA/Fit & Proper regulations.
• Prepare and present financial proposals, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Track sales activities and manage client information using sales software.

Required profile

• Minimum education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and tenacity.

Required skills

• Proven computer literacy and digital dexterity.
• Experience with sales software and data management tools.
