About the role
We are looking for a motivated Part‑Time Financial Adviser to join Old Mutual’s network in the Durban area. The role is ideal for someone already employed who wants to supplement their income by providing financial advice to existing contacts and the local market.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalised financial advice to clients in the designated suburbs.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within your network.
- Maintain compliance with DOFA and Fit‑and‑Proper requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, analysing client information to recommend suitable solutions.
- Keep accurate records using the company’s sales software.
Required profile
- Minimum education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and strong planning abilities.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
- Digital dexterity.
- Proficiency with sales software.
