Part-Time Brick Specialist (Retail Sales Associate)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Part‑Time Brick Specialist to join the LEGO® Brand Retail team at the Jersey Gardens location. In this customer‑facing role you will create memorable experiences for LEGO fans of all ages while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest, operate the cash register, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment through daily cleaning and display upkeep.
• Assist with receiving merchandise, organize the stockroom, and follow LEGO® Brand Retail visual and safety standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries, report issues to management, and promote loyalty programs.

Required profile

• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for LEGO and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift merchandise throughout the shift.
