Palletizer Operator

About the role

The Palletizer Operator works on a production line to ensure efficient, safe, and hygienic palletising of finished goods. You will follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate palletiser equipment in line with SOPs and HACCP requirements.
• Perform quality checks using checklists and record any wastage or downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, reporting deviations and unsafe practices to the supervisor.
• Document production data, process specifications, and corrective actions as needed.
• Support shift work, including overtime and weekend schedules.

Required profile

• Functional literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, process specifications, and recipes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team‑player attitude with self‑motivation and personal discipline.
• Willingness to be trained on multiple tasks and to work flexible shifts.
