Paid Media Specialist – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

Times One Hundred is seeking a results‑driven Paid Media Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will own paid media strategies for diverse clients in entertainment, e‑commerce and other sectors, shaping campaigns that reach and engage large audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, optimise and scale ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Develop full‑funnel strategies aligned with client objectives and measurement models.
• Lead client communications, presenting performance insights and value.
• Collaborate with the paid media team and account managers to grow audiences and drive business results.
• Write ad copy, coordinate creative assets and ensure accurate tracking implementation.
• Analyse data to uncover insights, recommend budget allocations and document successful processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of agency experience in paid social and search advertising.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on campaign work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.

What we offer

• Salary: R35,000 – R50,000 per month (before taxes)
• Medical aid contribution up to R3,500/month
• Retirement/GAP top‑up of R700/month
• 33 days of leave per year (including SA and UK public holidays)
• Flexible remote work schedule (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5:30 pm GMT)
