Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, you will own the performance of paid media campaigns across Discover Africa Group’s travel brands. You will plan, build, manage and optimise acquisition campaigns that generate qualified enquiries, bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, paid search and paid social.
• Manage budgets across channels, markets and products to maximise commercial return.
• Monitor daily performance and make data‑driven adjustments to improve efficiency, lead quality and ROAS.
• Audit and define targeting, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, creative and landing pages.
• Conduct structured testing on creative, audiences, keywords and funnel stages.
• Maintain clean tracking, UTM structures and reporting hygiene, and ensure accurate attribution across platforms and CRM.

Required profile

• Commercially focused mindset with an understanding of lead quality, conversion potential and revenue contribution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, Design, SEO and Web teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a data‑led approach to optimisation.
