PA to Head of Telecoms Retail – Bedfordview

About the role
The ideal candidate will be a confident and direct communicator with excellent attention to detail. This new appointment supports the Head of Retail and the wider team, handling sensitive information with discretion while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Handle correspondence and maintain inboxes.
- Support ongoing projects and ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations.
- Assist with administrative processes and project coordination.
- Build and maintain good relationships across the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Matric Certificate / NQF Level 4 (or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness.
- Fast learner able to pick up protocols efficiently.
Required skills
- Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ClickUp (experience is a strong bonus).
- Experience with CRM or other productivity tools.
What we offer
- Salary range: 23,000 – 25,000 ZAR.
