Outbound Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Outbound Telesales Executive to join our fast‑growing broadband provider. Based in Johannesburg with a hybrid work model, you will contact prospects across the UK, convert leads into sales and help expand our market presence. The role is a three‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK prospects daily, meeting and exceeding call targets.
• Convert prospects into orders while achieving personal sales quotas.
• Build, maintain and update a pipeline of leads and sales records.
• Perform general administrative duties, including creating spreadsheets and updating sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data cleanliness.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and clients to support overall sales objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound telephone sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Detail‑oriented with strong prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for technology, excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Availability to work UK business hours and a reliable fibre broadband connection for remote shifts.
