Outbound SDR Copywriting Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a fast‑moving, metric‑driven full‑time Outbound SDR Copywriting Specialist to scale our agency's B2B cold outreach email campaigns. You will execute weekly outbound sales content for our clients and design marketing and sales development materials that fuel our outbound lead generation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Write personalized cold emails, LinkedIn sequences, and custom profile openers tailored to target personas.
• Create sales development materials, marketing briefs, and PDF sales content for outbound lead generation campaigns.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, pain‑point callouts, and CTAs to maximize performance.
• Monitor open, click, and reply rates and continuously refine messaging based on feedback.
• Coordinate with the lead research team to align copy with precise persona mapping.
• Implement email sequencing tools such as Instantly and HubSpot.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve system usability.
• Ensure all high‑volume copy sounds authentic, natural, and human‑targeted while meeting daily campaign targets.

Required profile

• A self‑starter who excels at multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fast learner eager to acquire new skills and suggest process improvements.
• Reliable, deadline‑driven, professional and courteous.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and communication abilities.
• Well‑organized, accurate, and fluent in English (written and verbal).
• French or German language skills are a plus.
