Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

This isn’t a call‑centre job. You’ll be the voice that opens doors with senior decision‑makers such as VPs, Directors and CEOs, running calls and booking qualified sales meetings. The role is designed for people who want to be thrown in the deep end and emerge sharper.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, pre‑qualified leads across various US industries.
• Book meetings between prospects and our clients’ sales teams.
• Meet daily call volume targets and weekly meeting‑booking goals.
• Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, objection handling and call tactics.

Required profile

• 21‑months to several years of sales experience and a competitive mindset.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where the phones never stop.
• Clear, neutral accent and confidence on the phone.
• Hard‑working, coachable, hungry to grow and adaptable to different industries.
• Thick‑skinned and patient, able to handle tough calls without losing momentum.
