Outbound Sales Consultant – US Business Funding

About the role

Join Fundwell’s fast‑growing Cape Town team as an Outbound Sales Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for US small‑ and medium‑size business owners seeking funding, turning conversations into real opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to US business owners.
• Engage decision‑makers, uncover genuine funding needs and match them with the right product.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and ensure no lead slips through the cracks.
• Follow up diligently to convert "maybe" into "yes" and move opportunities through a proven sales process.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, call‑centre or B2B sales.
• Fluent, confident English capable of building rapport with US owners.
• Resilient under rejection and able to sustain high call volumes.
• Willingness to work US‑hour shifts (2 PM–11 PM or 3 PM–12 AM SAST) on‑site.
• Eligibility to work in South Africa.

• CRM usage (recording notes, tracking leads).
