Outbound Sales Consultant

About the role

Join our insurance team as an Outbound Sales Consultant, focused on reaching homeowners in Pretoria East. You will handle warm transfers and guide prospects to the protection solutions that best fit their needs, earning a base salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to homeowners and respond to warm transfers.
• Assess client needs and match them with appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Matriculation (Matric) with RE5 qualification.
• FAIS qualification (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management) and a clear criminal, credit (ITC) and FAIS debarment record.
• At least 2 years of experience in cold‑calling, outbound telesales, or contact‑centre sales within insurance or financial services.
• Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) hours.

Required skills

• FAIS regulatory knowledge.
• Proficiency in outbound sales techniques and cold‑calling.
