Outbound Sales Agent – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are an established UK‑based enterprise offering eco‑friendly insulation solutions. We seek a remote Outbound Sales Agent to make high‑volume outbound calls to UK prospects, qualify their energy‑efficiency needs and secure appointments for our field consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective UK customers using our cloud‑based dialing system.
• Introduce the company’s premium product portfolio in a professional, consultative manner.
• Qualify sales opportunities by identifying customer pain points regarding energy efficiency and insulation.
• Secure a minimum of 2 confirmed bookings/appointments per day for the UK field sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call notes, customer data and dispositions.
• Participate in regular training, coaching sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, cold calling or appointment setting.
• Proven ability to build trust over the phone with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and target‑driven with a professional telephone manner.
• Flawless spoken and written English.
• Reliable remote work setup with high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Hostcomm predictive dialing platform (or willingness to use).
• CRM systems (experience logging and managing customer data).
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
