Operations Trainer - Automotive Contact Centre

About the role

WNS Global Services is looking for an Operations Trainer for its Automotive Contact Centre in Centurion. The main purpose of the role is to deliver product and technical training to assigned operational business units.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training: conduct new starter training as well as refresher, up-skilling and cross-skilling sessions.
• Assessments must be completed for every training event, and remedial support must be given to delegates before they can be reassessed.
• Administer training records according to Ucademy requirements: complete annual training reports, delegate attendance registers and update the operational skills matrix.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric; a tertiary qualification in training and development is beneficial.
• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Previous automotive experience and training, coaching and mentoring experience are beneficial.
• High proficiency in delivering impactful training and facilitation, strong planning, organising and time management skills, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a team, be self-motivated and self-managing, with a proactive approach and strong customer service orientation.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office).
• Ability to learn and master new information and processes quickly, handle complexity and take ownership of results.
