Operations Support Shift Manager (Warehouse)

About the role

Adcorp Group is looking for an Operations Support Shift Manager to lead warehouse shift activities in Johannesburg. You will ensure that recruitment, induction, payroll and service delivery meet client standards and internal SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage recruitment requirements in partnership with the Operational Support Manager.
• Track weekly activity reports, fill rates and quality feedback from clients.
• Audit site inductions and ensure compliance with client SOPs.
• Oversee payroll delivery, guaranteeing first‑time accuracy and timely processing.
• Support invoicing and debtor management to meet deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with clients and internal operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics shift management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, induction and payroll processes.
• Ability to analyse service level agreements and ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment and induction best practices.
• Familiarity with payroll procedures and error‑report handling.
• Understanding of client SOPs and service level agreements.
