Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a capable, hands‑on and highly organised Operations Specialist with 2–5 years of relevant experience. The role sits at the centre of daily operations, coordinating and improving order fulfilment, logistics, inventory, after‑sales, customer operations and third‑party service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across order fulfilment, logistics, inventory and after‑sales.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritise multiple demands and manage data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams and external partners to achieve results.
• Maintain and improve processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.

• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
• Clear communication, initiative and follow‑through on commitments.
