Operations & Social Media Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a creative Operations & Social Media Assistant to support a growing motor‑industry business. This part‑time remote position focuses on building brand visibility and lead generation through short‑form video storytelling while also handling light administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as warranty claims, invoicing, documentation and data entry.
• Support digital sales by responding to client texts, calls and emails.
• Maintain organized digital files, content libraries and internal communication schedules.
• Provide occasional executive support (calendar, inbox coordination).
• Create, edit and publish short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for the motor industry.
• Develop engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Transform raw footage into polished videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Stay current with social media trends, sounds and formats to maximize reach.
• Plan and manage a content calendar, write captions, hooks and calls‑to‑action.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of demonstrated success creating short‑form video content that drives engagement.
• Strong working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) and Canva.
• Comfortable handling operational tasks such as customer communication, invoicing, documentation and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal English, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
