About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Senior Accountant to join our growing team and take ownership of key financial and operational accounting functions. The role involves overseeing daily accounting activities, preparing management accounts and supporting month‑end and year‑end reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage reconciliations, journals, accruals and general ledger functions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
- Monitor financial controls and ensure accounting accuracy.
Required profile
- BCom Accounting, BCompt or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with management accounts and reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Accounting software.
