Operations Manager – Property Management

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to take ownership of day‑to‑day operations for a mixed portfolio of industrial and residential properties. Based in Johannesburg, you will work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, gaining exposure across the full property lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations for residential and industrial assets.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure operational expenditures stay within budget.
• Handle tenant queries, conduct property inspections, and oversee compliance.
• Maintain operational systems, assist with administration and reporting.
• Support senior leadership on strategic initiatives and asset‑management exposure.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in property management or operations.
• Valid driver’s licence and strong organisational abilities.
• Motivated, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tertiary qualification in property or a related technical field is advantageous.

• MDA/MRI (property management software)
