Operations Manager – Head of Department (NF)

About the role
THIS IS AN EXECUTIVE ROLE.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategic objectives for the business unit.
- Manage staff and overall company operations.
- Manage supplier relationships and the archiving process.
- Control departmental expenses versus budget.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage all procurement.
- Identify and implement KPIs for purchasing, warehouse, logistics, quality and building maintenance.
- Periodically update and report IMTT and SIM tools in the shared folder.
- Manage central inventory management, including re‑order parameter reviews and supplier standards.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- At least 10 years’ experience in AM operations with extensive leadership experience in the AM industry.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills and performance‑management expertise.
- Excellent computer proficiency.
