About the role
We have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager in the service industry. The role involves overseeing daily contract cleaning operations across multiple locations, supervising cleaning teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene and quality standards. You will also conduct site audits and address service‑related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily contract cleaning operations across various sites.
- Supervise and assist cleaning teams at each location.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene and quality regulations.
- Conduct site audits and resolve service‑related issues promptly.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in contract cleaning or pest‑control service operations.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
- Basic understanding of HR procedures and labour legislation.
- Proven team‑leadership and staff‑management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations.
- Experience managing SLAs, conducting site audits and handling client complaints.
