Old Age Caregiver

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Old Age Caregiver to join our friendly family‑run care home. You will provide safe, dignified, and supportive care to vulnerable adults with significant health needs, working alongside a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record health status, medication intake, and any changes in condition.
• Promote dignity, respect, and a homely atmosphere for all residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high‑standard care.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Genuine caring attitude and passion for supporting elderly residents.
• Ability to work in a 24‑hour care environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow through coaching and support.
