About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Old Age Caregiver to join our friendly family‑run care home. You will provide safe, dignified, and supportive care to vulnerable adults with significant health needs, working alongside a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and record health status, medication intake, and any changes in condition.
Promote dignity, respect, and a homely atmosphere for all residents.
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high‑standard care.
Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Genuine caring attitude and passion for supporting elderly residents.
Ability to work in a 24‑hour care environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and grow through coaching and support.
