Office Manager

About the role

Network International is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the Facilities & Administration function for its Cape Town and Johannesburg offices. The role ensures consistent standards, safety, and operational efficiency across both sites while supporting the company’s fast‑growing FinTech operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute facilities and property strategy, including space planning, lease management and future accommodation needs.
• Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements and oversee refit work, renovations and refurbishments across both locations.
• Ensure building maintenance, testing, inspections, fire prevention, risk assessment and business continuity planning.
• Drive health, safety, environment and security (EHS) compliance and maintain the facilities budget.
• Oversee all administrative operations, communications infrastructure and workplace management to guarantee operational continuity.
• Lead, coach and develop facilities and administration staff and external contractors.
• Collaborate with local management to maintain a safe work environment and high staff satisfaction.
• Act as primary escalation point for facilities and administration matters, reporting to the Group Head, Facilities and Administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing facilities and administration for multi‑site offices.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, fire prevention and business continuity standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost‑effective solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
