Office Experience Manager

About the role

We’re moving into our first company‑owned office building and need an Office Experience Manager to make it a great place to work and keep it that way. This hands‑on role owns the day‑to‑day office experience, from appearance to smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall office experience, ensuring shared spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens and communal areas are welcoming, functional and well‑maintained.
• Act as the main point of contact for the external Facilities Manager, coordinating maintenance, building and technical issue resolution.
• Manage relationships with cleaning, catering, security, maintenance and other service providers, sourcing quotes and holding suppliers accountable.
• Support onboarding, company events and team activities to create a warm, organised environment.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, procurement, budgets and invoices, and coordinate furniture moves and reconfigurations as the team grows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, contractors and service providers, including budgeting and procurement.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
