NQF 4 Learnership – Admin, Warehouse & Operations (Polokwane)

About the role

Motus Corporation is offering a 12‑month NQF 4 Learnership in its Aftermarket Parts division located in Polokwane, Limpopo. The programme provides young South Africans aged 18‑29 with a Matric qualification the chance to gain hands‑on experience in administration, warehouse or operations while receiving a monthly stipend.

Key responsibilities

• Support administrative functions such as document management, office coordination and customer service.
• Assist with warehouse activities including stock control, receiving and dispatching goods, and logistics support.
• Participate in operational processes, business support tasks, team collaboration and adherence to workplace systems.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 29 years.
• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• No prior participation in a SETA‑funded programme and not receiving NSFAS funding.
• Availability for the full 12‑month period and willingness to reside in or relocate to Polokwane.
