Night Cook

About the role

Join the culinary team at a leading hotel brand and work the night shift preparing high‑quality meals for guests. You will be responsible for all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen hygiene in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients: portion, chop, wash, peel, weigh, measure and mix according to recipes.
• Cook and assemble hot and cold dishes using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers while meeting quality and presentation standards.
• Test food for doneness, monitor quality throughout preparation, and ensure correct portioning.
• Set up and break down work stations, maintain a clean and disinfected kitchen, and verify appliance and food temperatures.
• Follow all company safety, security and food‑handling policies, reporting any hazards or incidents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related kitchen or culinary experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb.
