About the role
Rola Ford Hermanus is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead its new‑car sales team. The manager will shape sales strategy, drive performance and foster a customer‑centric culture across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for new vehicle inventory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust tactics.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Promote the Rola brand and strengthen relationships with local dealers and partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably with new‑vehicle portfolios.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
