New Vehicle Sales Executive – Mahindra, Changan, Geely & BAIC

About the role

A well‑established dealership in Kuilsriver is looking for energetic, target‑driven New Vehicle Sales Executives to represent the fast‑growing Mahindra, Changan, Geely and BAIC brands. You will work in a dynamic showroom environment, building relationships and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new passenger vehicles to retail and corporate customers.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations, presentations and test drives.
• Generate and convert leads from showroom traffic, digital enquiries, referrals and outbound prospecting.
• Negotiate and close sales efficiently while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance to maximise deal profitability.
• Participate in launches, promotions and weekend marketing events.
• Maintain professional showroom standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Passionate about the automotive industry and customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willing to work Saturdays and public holidays.
• Based near Kuilsriver or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Valid South African driver’s licence with a clean record.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Previous retail sales experience (motor vehicle sales advantageous but not essential).
