New Business Developer – SaaS/PaaS Sales Hunter

About the role

Chosen Online is looking for an experienced, results‑driven sales professional to act as a hunter for its cloud‑based Platform‑as‑a‑Service offering. You will aggressively pursue new logos, build relationships with C‑level and technical decision‑makers, and drive revenue growth across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking and lead generation.
• Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demos.
• Prepare and present compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of the PaaS platform.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a accurate sales pipeline and forecast, and collaborate with marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• 3‑10 years of proven sales hunter experience in SaaS, PaaS or cloud software.
• Strong track record of generating leads, managing a pipeline and closing deals independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with experience selling to C‑level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; willingness to travel up to 40%.

Required skills

• SaaS / PaaS sales expertise.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps and software development ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Azure services (VMs, Storage, Key Vault, App Gateway).
• Experience with .NET, GitHub, Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps and Terraform.
